sliced duxelle stuffed slow roasted pork loin with lemon caper drizzle served atop sauteed couscous

Sicilian Chicken

herb-marinated chicken with an olive, artichoke, and caper tapenade aside crispy polenta cakes with tomato basil sauce feta cheese, and fresh herbs

Liver & Onions

panko breaded liver smothered in brown gravy and caramelized onions accompanied by mashed potatoes and sauteed baby carrots

Mamas Spinach Salad

a spinach salad with tomatoes, olives, cucumber, hard-boiled eggs, red onions, croutons, and grilled chicken with sundried tomato vinaigrette
